Breakfast is most definitely my favorite meal of the day. How about you?
We’ve all heard that it’s also the most important meal of the day, and I don’t think that can be stressed enough. Although consistently eating breakfast may not actually prevent weight gain, it is still another opportunity to nourish your body and fuel yourself for a productive day. Sometimes we get stuck in a rut, eating nearly the same thing every morning out of convenience and often forget how awesome breakfast can really be. So for a little inspiration this week to liven things up in the breakfast department, here is a roundup of some of some enticing and healthy recipes from blogs I love.
