For many, it’s back to school today and back to those jam-packed schedules of getting the kids to school, driving them to practice and soaking up those last long hours of summer. With all the craziness, it’s easy to forget about getting something healthy on the dinner table and in a timely manner at that. An old friend reached out last week (hey Rhonda!) and asked if I had any healthy slow cooker recipes.
